By accessing and using the services provided by Strada Spares ltd (the "Company"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

a. Eligibility: You must be at least 16 years old to use our services. If you are accessing our services on behalf of a company, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that company to these terms.
b. User Accounts: Some services may require you to create a user account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and are liable for any activities related to your account.
3. Ordering and Payment
a. Product Orders: When you place an order with us, you agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information. The Company reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order.
b. Payment: Payment for products and services must be made through the available payment methods on our website. Prices are subject to change without notice.
4. Shipping and Returns and Shipping:
a. Shipping: As world wide parts suppliers we aim to ship orders promptly; however, shipping times may vary depending on location and stock levels. Shipping fees and delivery times will be provided in the quotation stage. We use DHL and Fedex as our main shipping provider and aim to have your items received within the agreed time frames below.
Time Frames
Please note Stock Order times are slower than VOR order times. VOR orders do cost approx 10-20% more than Stock from factory. This can vary depending on item categories and manufactures.

b. Returns: We do offer returns on products purchased via our store. Obtaining refunds or exchanges is as simple as getting in touch with your order number / Invoice reference and the reason why, a member of our team will then review the refund request and assist accordingly.
USED ITEMS
We test all used functional / moving moving before sending them out, however if you do receive a faulty part from us, you we will be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Used items that have defects will be highlighted in pictures / descriptions before purchase and "sold as seen' there for they are NOT able to be refunded.
NEW ITEMS
There are NO refunds on new items ordered unless you confer with us for fitment compatibility and we make a mistake.
INCORRECTLY ORDERED PARTS
We do NOT offer refunds on any incorrectly ordered parts whether that be new or used. We are happy to confirm fitment on any parts before you order to make sure they are compatible with your make and model. If WE make a mistake on the compatibility with your VIN number then you will be eligible for a refund.
DAMAGED IN TRASTIT
On the very rare occasion that an item arrives that has been damaged in transit, we will offer a refund as all our shipments are insured and protected.
5. User Content
a. User-Generated Content: You may submit user-generated content, such as reviews or comments. You agree not to submit content that is illegal, obscene, defamatory, or infringes on the rights of third parties.
b. License: By submitting content, you grant the Company a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, and transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property displayed on our website are owned by the Company or our licensors. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute such content without our explicit consent.
