FERRARI 360 HEAD LIGHT LENS BUILD

Hi All, 

I hope this message finds you well and that you had a wonderful Christmas! I wanted to provide you with an update on the 360 lenses and share some of the progress we’ve made so far.

We’ve created templates based on the 3D files taken from the genuine lenses. After making slight design adjustments—such as adding our logo, directional arrows, and digits—we’ve achieved a simple yet sleek aesthetic with the identical shape and dimensions as OEM. 

The lettering and logo will be in exactly the same size as the original and will be clear, it will be very discrete just as the currently letting and logo.

Another key update is the type of polycarbonate we’re now using for the moulds. We’ve chosen PC 241R UV Resistant, an upgraded, stronger, and more modern material compared to the original used by Hella.

We have made several test pairs with different PC and have now narrowed it down to one final test pair. This is scheduled for completion by 15th March after testing. Once ready, we’ll share photos and installation examples for you to take a look at which will allow you to see the final product installed.

We aim to begin taking pre-orders around 20th March, once we’re satisfied with the final replacements. These pre-order slots are limited and theres currently 18 spaces left.
